Yorkville EL24S Description

The Yorkville EL24S combines extremely high output with unusually deep bass extension in a powered enclosure designed for professional sound reinforcement. Its 24-inch neodymium low-frequency driver and 6-inch voice coil handle substantial power while producing frequencies down to 30 Hz.

The integrated amplification system delivers 5000 watts peak and 2500 watts program power, allowing the EL24S to produce a maximum peak SPL of 143 dB and continuous output up to 137 dB. An onboard limiter helps protect the system during demanding performances, while the 100 Hz crossover makes integration with full-range loudspeakers straightforward.

The enclosure is constructed from 15 mm birch plywood with a powder-coated steel grille and textured paint finish for durability in mobile and installed applications. Two rigid and two swivel casters help move the 240-pound cabinet, while multiple top, side, and bottom bar handles provide numerous handling points.

Connectivity includes two XLR/1/4-inch TRS combo inputs, two full-range XLR link outputs, and two high-pass XLR outputs. powerCON TRUE1-compatible input and output connections support professional power distribution, while top and side pole mount adapters provide additional setup flexibility for live sound systems, venues, production companies, and high-output mobile applications.
